Mounting an Apollo Light Modifier to a Mono Arm

By on 2012-08-17

Here is a quick video tip on how to mount the 43″ Apollo Orb on the Mono Arm. This video applies to all Apollo light modifiers on the Westcott line. We used the Strobelite & Strobelite Plus, but other strobes will work using this technique.

The Apollo Orb is a light modifier that is built on an umbrella frame making it very easy to setup.  It measures 43″ and gives off a round catch light in your subject’s eyes. All of the Apollos include recessed edges which helps give a more directional light source, and limited loss of light. To visit the full line of Apollos, please visit our product page.
