The first two days have come and gone at the Henry’s Photo & Video Imaging Show, and to sum it up in one word – AMAZING! This show has not only been a hit, but we have received some amazing feedback and people are asking some great questions!
The first day of the show opened with a line out the door! The doors opened and the rush began! We had the opportunity to meet some amazing people – everyone from amateur to pro! Biggests hits of the show were the Spiderlite TD5s, Erin Manning Home Studio Lighting Kit, 40″ 5-in-1 Reflector Kit as well as the 28" Apollo Softbox.
Individuals had the opportunity to also sit in on free seminars during the show. Our own John Williamson, Technical Rep for Westcott, was a featured speaker who focused on Lighting for Portraiture as well as Speedlights. The crowds were amazing with standing room only! He covered everything from simple posing techniques to also touching on how to understand your clients needs. During his speedlight seminar he covered techniques to help you on location and highlighted a few products that can take your photography to the next level. Two items he touched on were the 28" Apollo Softbox and the Bruce Dorn Asymmetrical Strip Bank – both design for on-location flash use. Perfect for any photography looking for portability and lightweight equipment.
While at the show we also had the honor of meeting the guys of “The Almost Friday Show“. Quinn Brown interviewed Amber McCoy, Marketing Specialist at Westcott and they just touched on a few of the highlighted products of the 2010 Henry’s Show! Be sure to follow these guys on Twitter!
We do want to give a BIG shoutout to the guys over at Henry’s – what an amazing show! We want to also give a BIG shoutout to everyone who attended – everyone had some great questions and we hope we answered them all! If not, be sure to contact us on our website at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to get back with you! Thank you again to everyone who made this a great show and to everyone for welcoming Westcott to Canada!
