For this outdoor portrait shoot, I ganged 600EX RT’s together all in the same group acting as one to allow more watt seconds of power and paired with a Westcott Medium Apollo. Notice how well ETTL responds to the on-the-fly changes in aperture.

The Medium Apollo is a light modifier that is built on an umbrella frame making it very easy to setup.  It measures 28″ and gives off a square catch light in your subject’s eyes. All of the Apollos include recessed edges which helps give a more directional light source, and limited loss of light.
