Joseph Ford is a professional fashion and beauty photographer based in Los Angeles, CA. Joseph’s love of photography all started on a family road-trip over seven years ago. While traveling through six states, he was able to capture the essence of what each location had to offer. And what he got from those shots were incredibly beautiful photos. From there, a new passion was born. He spent all his free time honing his love for photography. And free time wasn’t plentiful as he was a United States Marine, at the time. That didn’t stop him from becoming the best he could be and trying to make something out of this passion he had.
In 2018, Joseph was honorably discharged from the Marines after ten years of service. This was when he made the decision to “take the leap of faith” and take his photography to the next level. He is currently attending the New York Film Academy and will be earning his BFA, Photography in 2021. Since returning to civilian life, Joseph has been quickly making a name for himself in the industry. In the past two years alone; he has worked with many celebrities, has numerous fashion and beauty campaigns, several published national and international magazines including a handful of covers, shot fashion shows, worked with Amazon, and was nominated for a Kimmie Award for Best Photographer. Joseph Ford is only at the beginning of his career and aims to take it all the way.
